Sundaram Mutual Fund has launched- Sundaram Capital Protection Oriented Scheme Series 2, a closed ended capital protection oriented scheme. The investment objective of the scheme is to generate income and minimise risk of capital loss by investing in a portfolio of fixed income securities. No exit load will be charged under the scheme. Its performance will be benchmarked against Crisil MIP Blended Index. The new issue will be open for subscription from July 15 at an offer price of Rs 10 per unit.
Reliance Mutual Fund has launched Reliance Fixed Horizon Fund - XIX - Series 21, a close ended income scheme. The investment objective of the scheme is to seek to generate regular returns and growth of capital by investing in a diversified portfolio of Central and State Government securities and other fixed income or debt securities maturing on or before the date of maturity of the scheme with the objective of limiting interest rate volatility. There is no entry or exit load on the scheme. There is ASBA facility during the offer period; offer closes on July 11.
HDFC Mutual Fund has approved the declaration of dividend under normal and quarterly dividend option of HDFC FMP 370D June 2010 (2). The quantum of declaration will be 100 per cent of the distributable surplus as available under the plan on the record date. The record date is July 11.
